摘要
目的:探析中美两国药师培训模式的差异,为我国建立医院药师规范化培训体系提供借鉴与思路。方法:对美国住院药师培训模式与我国(以北京地区为例)药师培训模式的机构认证管理和类型规模、招录与培训、考核方式、师资配备和信息化管理系统进行对比分析。结果:中美两国医院药师培训模式存在一定的差异,主要原因为两国医院药学工作与药师规范化培训发展所处阶段不同及两国药学专业教育基础与背景不同。结论:我国可将美国住院药师培训模式作为借鉴,结合当前国情及前期经验,逐步完善并建立全国医院药师规范化培训体系。
Objective: The differences of pharmacist training models between China and the United States were analyzed to provide references and ideas for the establishment of standardized training system for hospital pharmacists in China. Methods: Institutional certification management, type and scale, recruitment and training,assessment methods, teaching staff, information management system were compared and analyzed between American resident hospital pharmacists and pharmacist training model in Beijing, China. Results: There are differences in hospital pharmacist training mode between China and the United States, the main reasons are the different stages of hospital pharmacy work and standardized training of pharmacists, and the different foundation and background of pharmacology education in the two countries. Conclusion: China can take the training model of pharmacy residency in the United States as a reference, combining current national conditions and previous experience, and gradually improve and establish the national standardized training system for hospital pharmacists.
