How to further promote the political participation of private entrepreneurs in the new era under the guidance of cordial and clean relationship between government and business is a significant theoretical and practical topic.By using the classic model of Nash equilibrium to analyze the game among the four private entrepreneurs-the Party Central Committee and the central government-local governments-local leading cadres,which provides a new research perspective and better understands that the basis of private entrepreneurs'political participation is political attitude,political trust and political guidance,meanwhile the key is the public spirit of local government,professional level and service quality as well as the focus is on the interaction between private entrepreneurs and local leading cadres.We should enhance the political trust of entrepreneurs by innovating the political participation mechanism of private entrepreneurs and strengthening the legal protection of entrepreneurs'participation;reshape the public spirit of local governments,and vigorously improve the party and government's corporate governance capabilities and service efficiency;vigorously promote the spirit of outstanding entrepreneurs,focus on improving the quality and ability of private entrepreneurs to participate in political affairs,and actively participate in politics through efficient and flexible organizational methods.
