摘要
教育领域实发的某些具有争议性的事件往往伴随着信任内卷化、关注表面化、言论情绪化的舆论风险。从现代舆论研究的起源看,上述舆论风险的症结在于信息过载的行动环境、民众关于教育的刻板印象、具有后真相时代特色的拟态环境。为了维护政府公信力、实现教育治理现代化,可尝试从以下三个层面治理教育的舆论风险。一是重塑民众的信息过滤系统,二是开展面向民众的教育舆论再教育,三是夯实后真相时代的教育核心价值观。
When there were some controversial emergencies in education field,the public opinion risks of trust involution,focusing on the surface and emotional speech followed.In the light of the origin of modern public opinion study,the crux of the above public opinion risks laid in behavior environment with overload information,mass's stereotype on education and pseudo environment with characteristics of post-truth era.In order to maintain the credibility of the government and realize the modernization of education governance,we can try to manage the public opinion risk of education from three levels:reshaping the people's information filtering system,carrying out education public opinion re-education for the people,and consolidating the core values of education in the post-truth era.
