摘要
目的探讨职业紧张和组织支持感对互联网从业人员工作满意度的影响,为制定互联网从业人员工作满意度干预策略提供依据。方法于2019年5—7月采用横断面调查方法,分层随机抽取31家互联网企业1015名互联网从业人员,采用付出-回报失衡问卷、组织支持感问卷和工作满意度问卷进行问卷调查,应用多重线性回归模型探讨互联网从业人员职业紧张和组织支持感对工作满意度的影响。采用SPSS 25.0进行t检验、单因素方差分析、多重线性回归和中介效应检验。结果互联网从业人员职业紧张与工作满意度呈负相关,组织支持感与工作满意度呈正相关(均P<0.05),分别解释了4.0%和32.9%的工作满意度。职业紧张在组织支持感和工作满意度之间的中介效应为0.038(95%CI:0.021~0.061),占总效应的3.51%。结论提高组织支持感和缓解职业紧张对提高互联网从业人员工作满意度有积极的影响。
Objective To explore the effects of occupational stress and organizational support feeling on job satisfaction of employees in internet enterprises,and to provide the basis for improving the job satisfaction of internet employees.Methods From May to July 2019,cross-sectional survey method was used to select 1015 internet employees from 31 internet enterprises in Tianjin as the subjects.The investigation was performed with the questionnaires(the effort-reward imbalance scale,perceived organizational support questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire).The t-test,analysis of variance was used to analyze data.Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to explore the effects of occupational stress and perceived organizational support on job satisfaction of employees in internet enterprises,and asymptotic and resampling strategy was used to examine the mediating effects of occupational stress on the relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.The used software was SPSS 25.0.Results The negative correlation between organizational support feeling and job satisfaction in internet employees was showed,the positive correlation between organizational support feeling and job satisfaction in internet employees was showed(P<0.05),which explained 4.0%and 32.9%of job satisfaction,respectively.The effect of occupational stress on the media between organizational support feeling and job satisfaction was 0.038(95%CI:0.021~0.061),which was 3.51%of total effect.Conclusion Improving the level of organizational support feeling and alleviating the effect of occupational stress on job satisfaction play the active role.
