The unity of Party leadership,the running of the country by the people,and the law-based gover⁃nance of the country is the prominent advantage of the national system and national governance system,which is the necessary requirement for the political development road of socialism with Chinese characteris⁃tics.The political development road of socialism with Chinese characteristics opened up by Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has created a miracle of both rapid economic develop⁃ment and long-term social stability that is hardly seen in the world,which provides Chinese wisdoms for the world political development.In the face of great changes in the world unseen for a century,upholding party leadership is the greatest political order,the running of the country by the people is the organized political participation,and the law-based governance of the country and rule-based governance over the Party are the effective guarantee of political development.The integration of these three aspects in the great practices of so⁃cialist democracy is the distinctive feature of the political development road of socialism with Chinese charac⁃teristics.
