基于T-S模糊故障树的某柴油机缸套可靠性分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了克服传统故障树方法概率获取难度大、故障机理不明确等缺点,文章提出了一种T-S模糊故障树方法,将T-S故障树与模糊理论相结合,以某型柴油机缸套异常磨损为案例进行可靠性分析。提出了基于信心指数的专家调查法得到底事件的模糊概率并进行修正,求得缸套磨损在不同故障程度下的模糊概率;由各个底事件的故障状态得到缸套磨损在不同故障程度下的模糊可能性;对故障系统的各个底事件进行了T-S概率重要度分析,指出了缸套磨损在不同故障程度下的薄弱环节。该文方法对提高某型柴油机缸套工作的可靠性提供了一定的参考价值。 In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional fault tree method such as the difficulty in obtaining probability and unclear fault mechanism,the T-S fuzzy fault tree method is proposed to combine with fuzzy theory,and a diesel engine cylinder liner is taken as an example for reliability analysis.The expert investigation method based on confidence index is used to obtain the fuzzy probability of the bottom event and correct it,and the fuzzy probability of the cylinder liner wear under different fault levels is calculated.The fuzzy possibility of the cylinder liner wear under different fault levels is calculated according to the fault status of each bottom event.The T-S probability importance analysis of each bottom event is also made to point out the weakness of the cylinder liner wear under different fault levels,which provides reference for improving the reliability of the diesel engine cylinder liner.
