摘要
以2007-2019年我国A股上市公司客户信息为样本,探讨客户创新对上游企业的创新溢出效应。研究结果发现:客户创新对公司创新有显著的正向溢出效应,在采用了一系列稳健性检验后上述结果依旧存在;且进一步检验发现当公司与客户的地理距离较近、经济联系紧密度较高、上市公司为国有企业时,这种正向溢出效应更明显;最后还借助于国内和全球前100强客户创新能力的样本佐证了本文结论。这一研究结论提供了基于"客户关系视角"的创新溢出效应的直接证据,并基于此提出了如下政策建议:公司应加快商业战略重塑,实施"上下游企业齐步走,打通产业链"的一体化模式;推进基于客户资源整合的"合作-精准创新"模式;进一步完善客户信息含量的披露制度。
Using the customer information of A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2019 as samples,this paper explores the spillover effect of customer innovation on upstream enterprises.The results show that customer innovation has a significant positive spillover effect on corporate innovation,which still exists after adopting a series of robustness tests.Further tests show that the spillover effect is more obvious when the geographical distance between the company and the customer is closer,the economic closeness is higher,and the listed company is a state-owned enterprise.Finally,the paper uses the samples of the top 100 domestic and global customer innovation capacity to support the conclusion.This conclusion provides the direct evidence of innovation spillover effect based on the customer relationship perspective.Based on this,the paper proposes that the company should speed up the reshaping of business strategy,implementing the integrated mode of"upstream and downstream enterprises go together to open up the industrial chain",promote the mode of"cooperation-precision innovation"based on the integration of customer resources,and further improve the disclosure system of customer information.
