LF冶炼低碳铝镇静钢钙处理吸收率影响因素研究

摘要 针对LF冶炼的低碳铝镇静钢钙处理吸收率问题进行探讨,通过研究喂丝机理,找出喂丝速度、钢液温度、钢中铝含量、钢渣氧化性、喂丝导管距钢液间距等因素对喂丝钙元素吸收率的影响,并通过优化喂丝工艺来控制各个参数,从而提高喂丝钙处理的吸收率。 The absorption rate of calcium in low-carbon aluminum killed steel smelted by LF furnace is discussed.By studying the wire feeding mechanism,the influence of wire feeding speed,liquid steel temperature,aluminum content in steel,slag oxidizability,distance between wire feeding pipe and liquid steel on the absorption rate of calcium in wire feeding is found out.By optimizing wire feeding process,various parameters are controlled to improve the absorption rate of calcium in wire feeding.
