摘要
针对某企业#5电站锅炉折焰角水冷壁管子在使用过程中出现爆裂,从而导致管子不能正常工作的情况,现对管子进行力学性能、材质成分分析、腐蚀物和垢样成分检测分析,同时对管子劣化现象进行金相和微观形貌分析。
In order to solve the problem that the water wall tube of No.5 power station boiler in an enterprise burst during use,which led to the tube not working normally,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties,material composition,corrosion and scale composition of the tube,and analyzes the metallographic and microscopic morphology of the tube deterioration.
