摘要
依据地铁列车结构及地铁列车的运用条件,建立地铁列车碰撞有限元模型。通过非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA,研究了某型地铁车在8 km/h的速度下冲击车档的碰撞特性。研究结果表明,司机室及客室结构完整,生存空间区域无大于10%的塑性应变,头车司机室平均加速度为3.58 g,该型地铁车冲击车档的耐撞性能满足EN 15227标准规定的碰撞要求。
According to the subway train structure and the application conditions,the finite element model of the subway train collision is established.Based on the nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA,the impact characteristics of metro vehicle at the speed of 8 km/h are studied.The results show that the driver’s cab and passenger structure is complete,the plastic strain of the living space zone is no greater than 10%,the head cab average reduced acceleration is 3.58 g,this type of metro train crashworthiness metro train impacting stop draft gears meet EN 15227 standard requirements.
