聚能光爆+水砂袋爆破工艺在煤矿的应用研究

摘要 镇城底矿采区衔接非常紧张,为加快下接采区建设,矿井寻找了非常多的办法,比如岩巷掘进机、盾构机等。但由于设备投资、矿井井下条件限制,未能如愿投入使用,为此引进了聚能光爆+水砂袋爆破工艺技术。该技术能够具备提高单进、降低职工劳动强度、巷道成型效果好的优势。 In order to speed up the construction of lower mining area,many methods have been found,such as rock tunnel boring machine,shield machine and so on.However,due to the limited investment in equipment and underground conditions,it could not be invested as expected.For this reason,the technology center introduced the technology of shaped charge smooth blasting + water sand bag blasting,the technology can have the advantages of improving the single entry,reducing the labor intensity of the workers and improving the forming effect of the roadway.
