摘要
炼钢二厂北区不锈钢通过改进中间包涂抹料材质和砌筑工艺、优化塞棒材质和结构、改进中座砖结构、优化保护渣性能和优化连铸工艺参数等措施,有效提高了中间包耐侵蚀性能,使不锈钢单中包最大连浇炉数得到有效提升。
By improving the tundish coating material and masonry technology,optimizing the material and structure of plug rod,improving the structure of middle block brick,optimizing the performance of slag protection and optimizing the parameters of continuous casting,it effectively improves the corrosion resistance of the middle package and improves the maximum number of continuous pouring furnaces in stainless steel single.
