In order to solve the problem of long smelting cycle and low production efficiency of the 150 t converter in the second steel mill,through the process optimization measures of the oxygen gun system,the size of the steel outlet and the loading volume,the converter smelting cycle is greatly shortened,the production and efficiency effect is obvious,and the goal of converter efficiency production has been achieved.
