摘要
通过对影响四辊破碎粒级的因素进行排查,主要从辊面修复、增加对辊、优化四辊入料方式等方面制定对策,改善了燃料破碎效果,降低了燃料粒度偏差,对烧结过程及成分控制尤其是FeO含量控制起到了积极作用。
By investigating the factors that affect the crushing size of the four-roller,the countermeasures are mainly formulated from the aspects of roller surface repair,adding counter-rollers,and optimizing the four-roller feeding method.These measures improved fuel crushing effect,reduced fuel granularity deviation,and played a positive role in sintering process and composition control,especially Fe O control.
