高炉休风复风后炉况的快速恢复,既直接影响高炉的产量和能耗,又对高炉炉况的持续稳定顺行起到重要作用。结合9号高炉(1 080 m^(3)),从计划检修方面对高炉休风复风操作进行总结和分析。

The rapid recovery of furnace condition after blast furnace is closed and restored,which not only directly affects the output and energy consumption of blast furnace,but also plays an important role in the continuous stability of blast furnace condition.Combined with blast furnace No.9 boiler,this paper summarized and analyzed the operation of blast furnace from the aspect of planned maintenance.
