一种铝合金锻件超声检测异常信号分析

摘要 为了有效地评价铝合金锻件超声检测异常信号,防止铝合金锻件冶金缺陷漏检,针对2A70铝合金机匣批次锻件超声检测异常信号开展缺陷定性分析,明确该异常显示为铝合金氧化膜缺陷,同时对异常信号特点进行总结,指导现场超声检测人员对该类缺陷的识别性,以提高铝合金锻件的缺陷检出率,保证铝合金锻件的内部质量。 In order to effectively evaluate the abnormal ultrasonic testing signals of aluminum alloy forgings and prevent the metallurgical defects of aluminum alloy forgings from missing inspection,qualitative analysis was carried out on the abnormal ultrasonic testing signals of 2 A70 aluminum alloy casing forgings to make it clear that the abnormal signals were aluminum alloy oxide film defects.At the same time,the characteristics of abnormal signals were summarized to guide the on-site ultrasonic testing personnel to identify such defects in order to improve the defect detection rate of aluminum alloy forgings and ensure the internal quality of aluminum alloy forgings.
