主要分析冷轧工作辊和中间辊轴承座进乳化液和漏油原因,以及采取相应措施,达到延长轧机工作辊和中间辊轴承的使用寿命和节约油品消耗。

This paper mainly analyzes the causes of emulsion and oil leakage in cold rolling working roll and intermediate roll bearing seat,and takes corresponding measures to prolong the service life of rolling mill working roll and intermediate roll bearing and save oil consumption.
