大深度矿井围岩破坏分析及支护工艺研究

摘要 针对大深度矿井地压冲击大、巷道变形严重的现状,在对井下围岩破坏原因进行分析的基础上,提出了一种新的支护工艺,以高强度锚杆支护+井下注浆加固为基础,在简化支护结构的情况下显著提高了井下支护的平稳性。根据实际应用表明,新的支护方式能够将顶板变形量降低65.5%以上,将巷道两帮变形量减少64.1%,显著提升井下巷道支护的稳定性。 According to the present situation of large depth mine ground pressure impact and serious roadway deformation,a new supporting technology is put forward on the basis of analyzing the causes of underground surrounding rock failure.Based on high strength bolt support underground grouting reinforcement,the stability of underground support is improved significantly under the condition of simplifying the supporting structure.According to the practical application,the new support method can reduce the deformation of roof by more than 65.5%,reduce the deformation of two sides of roadway by 64.1%,and significantly improve the stability of underground roadway support.
