摘要
虚拟现实以其真实感、沉浸感与交互性的特点,在推动医学专业技能培训的发展中显示出了巨大潜力。而心脏骤停是目前全世界范围内一项重大的公共卫生问题,进行及时有效的心肺复苏是挽救心脏骤停患者的关键;但是,在传统应用心肺复苏模拟人进行心肺复苏教学的模式下,受训者的学习效果总是受限于有限的练习及较低仿真的情景模拟,而基于虚拟现实的心肺复苏培训有望改善传统心肺复苏教学中人力、时间、地点的资源限制,强力地推动心肺复苏的优化和普及,并带来潜在的社会效益:因此,基于虚拟现实的心肺复苏培训可能是未来心肺复苏培训的一大趋势。
Virtual Reality(VR),with its sense of reality,immersion and interactivity,has shown great potential in promoting the development of medical professional skills training.Cardiac arrest(CA)is a major public health problem in the world,and timely and effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)is the key to save patients with cardiac arrest.However,under the traditional CPR teaching mode with cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulator,the effect of training is always restricted by limited practice and relatively low simulation.The VR based cardiopulmonary resuscitation(VR-CPR)is expected to improve the manpower,time and location resource limitations in traditional CPR teaching,strongly promote the optimization and popularization of CPR,and bring potential social benefits.Therefore,VR-CPR may become a trend of CPR training in the future.
