摘要
为应对“新医科”和“新文科”背景下医学院校卫生管理类课程创新的需求,在“医院运营电子沙盘实训”课程中引入BOPPPS教学模型和体验式学习理论进行课程设计,并将其应用于公共卫生事业管理辅修双学位学生实训课程中。通过内容分析法对学生实训报告进行文本分析,认为实训课程可应用于复合型人才的培养,同时须根据学生水平加强引导并加强目标导向。
In order to respond to the demand for innovation of health management courses in medical schools under the background of"new medical science"and"new liberal arts",BOPPPS teaching model and experiental learning theory were added to the course design of"hospital operation electronic sand table training course",and was then applied to students with double degrees who majored in public health management.With students'training reports analyzed through content analysis method,it is believed that the training course can be applied to the cultivation of compound talents,and it is necessary to strengthen guidance and emphasize the goal orientation according to students'ability.
