基于OBE理念的“急诊医学”教学改革研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨成果导向教育(OBE)理念指导下的案例式教学法在“急诊医学”教学改革中的应用及效果。方法选择在杭州市第一人民医院急诊教研室学习的42名临床医学专业硕士研究生作为研究对象。其中,2017年的20名学生为对照组,采用传统教学法;2018年的22名学生为试验组,采用OBE理念指导下的CBL教学法。教学结束后,对两组学生进行基础理论和操作应用考核,并对教学效果进行问卷调查。结果试验组学生的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、总成绩和总体教学满意度均高于对照组学生,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,在提高学生的学习兴趣、自学能力、沟通表达能力、团队协作能力、归纳总结能力、急诊思辨能力、临床实践能力等方面,两种教学方法的差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论OBE理念指导下的CBL教学法在“急诊医学”教学中的效果优于传统的教学法。 Objective To explore the application and effect of case-based learning(CBL)method guided by outcome-based education(OBE)concept in the teaching reform of"emergency medicine".Methods 42 graduate students majored in clinical medicine who studied in the emergency teaching and research section were chosen in this research.They were divided into 2 groups,with 22 students from the class of 2017 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group.CBL method guided by OBE concept was used in the experimental group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group.The results of two teaching methods were evaluated by theoretical test,operational test and questionnaires.Results The theoretical test score,operational test score,total score and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the difference between two teaching methods in improving students'learning interest,self-learning ability,communicative ability,teamwork,generalization and summarization,clinical thinking and clinical practice were statistically signi-ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method based on OBE concept is superior to tradi-tional teaching method in the teaching of"emergency medicine".
