山西某地饲养的大鲵陆续出现以体表和四肢多处溃烂,内脏器官出现充血、出血为特征的疾病,最终导致大鲵死亡。结合临床症状、病理解剖和实验室诊断,确证大鲵为虹彩病毒和嗜水气单胞菌混合感染,采取一系列的治疗和预防措施,病情得到有效遏制。

The Andrias davidianus reared in a certain place in Shanxi province gradually developed diseases characterized by ulceration of body surface and limbs,congestion and bleeding of internal organs,which eventually led to the death of Andrias davidianus.Combined with clinical symptoms,pathological anatomy and laboratory diagnosis and treatment,it was confirmed as a mixed infection of iridovirus and Aeromonas hydrophila.A series of treatment and preventive measures had been taken to effectively curb the condition.
