Research on the Impact of Purchasing Risk on Supply Chain Based on GRA

在供应链管理中,采购过程是一切源头所在,其间任何节点出现风险都会对企业整体计划造成影响。为此,企业在进行物资采购任务时,必须考虑如何制定高效完善的采购策略,降低采购风险,以及应对采购中的各种复杂情况。文章基于灰色关联分析(GRA)对采购过程中进度、信息、成本、合同和库存存在的风险进行识别和评估,并基于分析结果提出相应对策,以协助企业更好地开展采购工作。

In the supply chain management,the procurement process is thesource of all,in which any node risk problems will affect the overall plan of the enterprise.Therefore,enterprises must take into account how to develop efficient and perfect procurement strategies,reduce procurement risks,and deal with various complex situations in procurement when carrying out material procurement tasks.Based on the grey relational analysis(GRA),this paper identifies and evaluates the five risks of progress,information,cost,contract and inventory in the procurement process,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis results to assist enterprises to carry out the procurement work better.
