Embedding of Modern Governance System in Water Culture Construction--Case Study of Zhenjiang in Grand Canal Cultural Belt

大运河国家文化公园建设使大运河文化带建设更具有新时代意义,镇江大运河文化带资源丰富,加强大运河文化带建设,治理体系和治理能力现代化的实现显得极其重要。为此,从理论研究着手,通过镇江大运河文化带治理体系和能力现代化的实现需确定目标定位,构建了以打造文化旅游休闲项目的镇江运河文化带建设模式,并在此基础上剖析了大运河文化带建设进程中治理体系和治理能力现代化应遵循的原则,初步形成治理体系和治理能力现代化实施机制。

The construction of Grand Canal National Cultural Park makes the construction of the Grand Canal cultural belt more significant in the new era.Zhenjiang Grand Canal Cultural Belt is rich in resources.It is very important to realize the modernization of governance system and governance capacity in cultural belt construction.Based on theoretical research,the targets in modernization of governance system and governance capacity are put forward on Zhenjiang Grand Canal Cultural Belt,and the construction mode is designed by creating cultural tourism and leisure projects.The principles of governance system and governance capacity modernization in the construction process of Grand Canal Cultural Belt are also analyzed,as well as its relative mechanism.
