2006—2020年《成都医学院学报》被引文献分析

目的探讨《成都医学院学报》(简称《学报》)2006—2020年所有被引文献的特征。方法基于中国知网数据库,检索《学报》从2006年创刊至2020年12月31日发表(包括网络首发)和被引用的所有论文,按照作者、机构、基金和学科分类,统计被引频次排名前100的所有文献情况。结果从2006年创刊至2020年12月31日,《学报》共发表论文2621篇,被引用论文1997篇,平均被引率为76.19%;总被引12890次,篇均被引4.92次。高被引论文(被引频次≥10次)数量较多的年份约在统计年的前7年。被引文献数排名前100的作者,其被引文献数比/被引比约为1∶2。被引频次排名前100的机构共涉及被引文献1550篇,占总被引文献的77.62%,被引频次9431次,被引比87.49%。被引文献的作者机构以四川最多,占56.70%,其次为重庆、上海、江苏,分别占8.24%、7.21%、6.19%。被引频次排名前100的基金共涉及文献604篇,占总被引文献数的30.25%,被引频次共计3095次,被引比28.71%。被引比最高的基金为国家自然科学基金,被引比为10.35%。所有被引论文共涉及60个学科,被引比最高的学科为临床医学,被引比为16.28%,其次为肿瘤学、中药学、外科学,被引比分别为10.92%、8.55%、8.34%。结论从2006年创刊至2020年12月31日,《学报》高被引文献被引频次集中体现在较少的核心论文上。今后应关注学科热点和学术前沿,着力维护核心作者群,从作者机构分布、文章基金等方面优化组稿和策划选题方向,不断增强《学报》的科学性、实用性,持续提升学术质量和影响力。

Objective To explore the characteristics of all the cited academic articles in Journal of Chengdu Medical College(JCMC)from 2006 to 2020.Methods Based on CNKI database,all papers published in JCMC from its start in 2006 to December 31,2020(including online publication)and their citations were searched.The top 100 cited papers were classified according to authors,affiliations,funds and disciplines.Results From its inception in 2006 to December 31,2020,there were a total of 2621 papers published in JCMC,and 1997 papers cited,with an average citation rate of 76.19%,a total of 12890 citations,and an average of 4.92 citations for each paper.There were more highly cited papers(citation frequency≥10 times)in the first seven years of the statistical year.For the top 100 cited authors,the cited literature ratio/cited ratio was about 1∶2.The top 100 cited affiliations involved 1550 cited articles,accounting for 77.62%of the total cited articles,with a total of 9431 citations,and a citation ratio of 87.49%.Most of the authors of cited articles were from institutions in Sichuan,accounting for 56.70%,followed by Chongqing,Shanghai and Jiangsu,accounting for 8.24%,7.21%and 6.19%,respectively.The top 100 cited funds involved 604 papers,accounting for 30.25%of the total number of cited articles,with a total of 3095 citations,and a citation ratio of 28.71%.The fund with the highest citation ratio(10.35%)was the National Natural Science Foundation of China.All the cited papers involved 60 disciplines.The discipline with the highest citation ratio was clinical medicine(16.28%),followed by oncology(10.92%),traditional Chinese medicine(8.55%),and surgery(8.34%).Conclusion From the inception of JCMC in 2006 to December 31,2020,the citation frequency of the highly cited articles in the journal mainly falls on a small number of core papers.In the future work,we should pay attention to the hot topics and academic frontiers,and make efforts to maintain the core author group,optimize the direction of soliciting contributions and planning topics from the distribution of author affiliations and fund projects,continuously enhance the scientificity and practicability of the journal,and continuously improve its academic quality and influence.
