基于相位关联有源谐振辅助换流的电磁干扰抑制

摘要 研究了一种基于辅助谐振换流极的能馈型电子负载电磁干扰抑制方法.开关管寄生电容中储存的电荷及反向恢复电荷在开关导通瞬间产生大的尖峰电流,从而产生了极宽频谱的电磁干扰.移相全桥网络经隔离变压器为辅助谐振电感充能,换流充能相位与复位相位锁定反相关联,磁化电流双向复位,实现主开关和辅助开关的零电压开通,以抑制电磁干扰.所研制的1.0 kW实验样机验证了相位关联的磁化电流双向复位在减小传导电磁干扰和辐射电磁干扰方面的有效性.与传统的升压能馈型电子负载相比,本文所提出的拓扑可以将辐射和传导EMI大约降低23 dB. An electromagnetic interference(EMI)suppression method is studied for electronic load with energy feedback based on auxiliary resonant commutation.The charge stored in the parasitic capacitance of switches and the recovery charge generate a large peak current at the moment of switch conduction and extremely wide spectrum electromagnetic interference is generated.Phase-shifted full bridge network charges the inductance of auxiliary resonant pole through isolating transformer,the commutation charging phase is inversely associated with the reset phase locking and bidirectional magnetization current reset is reached.Zero-voltage switching(ZVS)of main switches and auxiliary switches is achieved to suppress electromagnetic interference.The experiment is carried out to validate the effectiveness of the bidirectional reset of phase-dependent magnetization current in reducing conducted EMI and radiated EMI.The proposed converter can approximately reduce the radiated and conducted EMI by 23 dB compared with the conventional ones.
