多样化护理模式在老年消化道肿瘤合并抑郁症患者中的应用

Application of Diversified Nursing Mode in Elderly Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumors and Depression

目的:探讨多样化护理模式在老年消化道肿瘤合并抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月1日~2018年5月30日收治的40例老年消化道肿瘤合并抑郁症患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。观察组采用多样化护理模式,对照组采用常规护理干预。比较两组生活质量[采用简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)]、心理状态[采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、心理健康情况[采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)]及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组SF-36评分高于护理前(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组SCL-90评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多样化护理模式有助于改善老年消化道肿瘤合并抑郁症患者的抑郁状态,提高其生活质量、护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of diversified nursing mode in the elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors and depression.Methods:A total of 40 elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors and depression admitted during June 1,2017 to May 30,2018 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group adopted diversified nursing mode,and the control group adopted conventional nursing intervention.Comparison was made on the quality of life by the concise health status questionnaire(SF-36),psychological state by the self rating scale on depression(SDS)and the self rating scale on anxiety(SAS),mental health state by the symptom self-assessment scale(SCL-90)and nursing satisfaction.Results:After the nursing,the SF-36 Scores were higher in both groups than those before nursing(P<0.01),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the nursing,the SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The SCL-90 scores were better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified nursing mode can help improve the depressive state in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors and depression,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
