Application of Cox Health Behavior Interaction Mode in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的:探讨Cox健康行为互动模式(IMCHB)在乳腺癌(BC,Breast Cancer)患者中的应用效果。方法:将2019年2月1日~11月30日收治的32例BC患者作为对照组,给予常规护理干预;将2019年12月1日~2020年7月1日收治的31例BC患者作为研究组,在对照组基础上实施IMCHB。比较两组干预前、干预6个月后心理状态[采用中文版简式心境状态量表(POMS)]、健康促进行为[采用健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP)]、自我效能[采用一般自我效能量表(GSES)]、生活质量[采用乳腺癌患者生活质量量表(QLSBC)]。结果:干预6个月后,两组POMS、GSES、QLSBC评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预6个月后,研究组HPLP评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用IMCHB对BC术后患者进行干预,可有效改善患者心理状态,提高自我效能,提升患者生活质量和健康促进行为。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Cox interaction mode of client health behavior(IMCHB)in breast cancer(BC)nursing.Methods:A total of 32 cases of patients with postoperative BC recruited during February 1 to November 30,2019 were selected as the control group,and patients in the control group were given conventional nursing intervention.31 BC patients admitted during December 1,2019 to July 1,2020 were set as the study group,were given IMCHB guided nursing intervention on the above basis.The psychological status(POMS),self-efficacy(GSES)and quality of life(QLSBC)before intervention and after 6 months of intervention and health promotion behavior(HPLP)after 6 months of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the POMS scores,GSES scores and QLSBC scores were better in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05).And those in the study group better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the HPLP scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of IMCHB in intervention among postoperative patients with BC surgery can effectively improve the psychological status,enhance the self-efficacy,and promote the quality of life and health promotion behavior in patients.
