BIM-based Cost Solution:The Application and Practice of BIM Cost in the First Phase of the Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology

本文通过分析国内工程造价体系的弊病,BIM技术在造价领域应用的障碍以及优势,结合华南理工大学广州国际校区一期工程项目,研究制定了一套以BIM技术为基础的造价解决方案,提高工程计量效率及精度,对推动BIM技术的造价应用,具有一定的指导作用。

This article analyzes the disadvantages of the domestic engineering cost system,the obstacles and advantages of BIM technology in the field of cost,combined with the first phase of the South China University of Technology Guangzhou International Campus project,researched and formulated a set of cost solutions based on BIM technology.Improving engineering measurement efficiency and accuracy has a certain guiding role in promoting the cost application of BIM technology.
