中药配方颗粒与饮片治疗高血压的效果及用药依从性比较

Comparison on the Effect and Medication Compliance of Chinese Herbal Medicine Prescription Granules and Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces in the Patients With Hypertension

目的分析与比较中药配方颗粒与中药饮片在高血压患者中的应用效果及用药依从性。方法收集黑龙江哈尔滨市中医医院2019年4月—2020年7月的150例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例。对照组给予中药饮片治疗,观察组给予中药配方颗粒治疗。比较两组的血压控制总有效率、并发症发生率、治疗前后的血压水平及用药依从性、用药满意度。结果两组的血压控制总有效率及并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前及治疗后两组的血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后两组的血压水平均显著低于本组治疗前,且观察组的用药依从性及用药满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药饮片与中药配方颗粒在高血压患者中的效果及安全性差异并不显著,但中药配方颗粒的用药依从性及满意度相对较高。

Objective To analyze and compare the application effect and medication compliance of traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the patients with hypertension.Methods 150 patients with essential hypertension from April 2019 to July 2020 in Harbin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Heilongjiang were selected as the study object,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine pieces,the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine prescription granules.Then the total effective rates of blood pressure control,complication rates,blood pressure levels before and after the treatment,medication compliance and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of blood pressure control and complication rates of two groups were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the blood pressure levels of two groups before and after the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),while the blood pressure levels of two groups after the treatment were all significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the medication compliance and satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect and safety’s differences of Chinese herbal medicine prescription granules and Chinese herbal medicine pieces in the patients with hypertension are not significant,while the medication compliance and satisfaction with Chinese herbal medicine prescription granules is higher.
