市属某三级综合医院多重耐药菌医院感染监测分析 被引量:5

Surveillance and Analysis of Multidrug Resistant Organisms Nosocomial Infection in a Three Level Municipality General Hospital

摘要 目的探讨多重耐药菌感染的流行特征和相关因素,了解多重耐药菌(multidrug-resistant organisms,MDROs)在某三级甲等综合医院的分布状况及规律,为有效预防和控制多重耐药菌的医院感染提供依据。方法对2018年患者送检标本中分离出的多重耐药菌菌株进行统计分析。结果共分离出病原菌4031株,其中多重耐药菌株471株,占11.68%,其中以产超广谱的β-内酰胺酶(extended-spectrumβ-lactamase,ESBLs)的大肠埃希菌居多,共分离出255株,占54.14%;其次为耐碳青酶烯鲍曼不动杆菌(carbapenase-resistant acinetobacter baumannii,CRABA),共分离出106株,占22.51%;多重耐药菌感染患者多数分布在ICU中,占全部菌株的28.45%;医院感染部位以下呼吸道感染为首,占73.42%。结论多重耐药菌感染分布广泛,应高度重视多重耐药菌的预防控制工作,采取有效措施,预防和控制多重耐药菌的医院感染。 Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics and related factors of multidrug resistant organisms(MDROs)infection,to understand the distribution and regularity of MDROs in a three level general hospital,and to provide the basis for the effective prevention and control of multidrug resistant bacteria infection in hospitals.Methods Statistical analysis of multidrug-resistant organisms strains isolated from specimens submitted by patients in 2018.Results A total of 4031 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated,of which 471 were multi-drug resistant strains,accounting for 11.68%.Among them,escherichia coli producing extended-spectrumβ-lactamase(ESBLs)was the majority.A total of 255 strains were isolated,accounting for 54.14%;followed by carbapenase-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRABA),106 strains were isolated,accounting for 22.51%;the majority of patients infected with multidrug-resistant organisms were distributed in ICU,it accounted for 28.45% of all strains;respiratory tract infections below the nosocomial infection site were the first,accounting for 73.42%.Conclusion Multidrug-resistant organisms are widely distributed.The prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organisms should be paid more attention to,and effective measures should be taken to prevent and control hospital infections of multidrug-resistant organisms.
