微信多元化健康教育在肠造口患者自我管理中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨采用微信多元化健康教育对改善肠造口患者自我管理能力的效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年11月广东省某三甲医院胃肠外科两个病区134例肠造口患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为对照组和干预组,两组患者住院期间均接受常规护理指导,对照组接受传统健康教育、出院后给予电话随访,干预组接受基于微信教育的健康宣教。其中对照组66例,干预组68例,分别在干预前、出院时、出院1个月、出院3个月后比较两组患者的自我管理能力、生活质量及并发症的发生率。结果重复测量方差分析发现,两组患者不同时点肠造口患者自我管理能力总分与生活质量总分在时间效应差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经两独立样t检验发现,两组患者不同时点自我管理能力总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);χ^(2)检验结果显示对照组与干预组3个月后并发症比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“微信多元健康教育”干预能够有效的提高肠造口患者自我管理能力及生活质量,减少并发症。 Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat health education on improving self-management ability of enterostomy patients.Methods From August 2019 to November 2020,134 patients with enterostomy in the two wards of the gastrointestinal surgery department of a tertiary hospital in Guangdong province were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group.Patients in the two groups were received routine nursing guidance during hospitalization,the control group was received traditional health education and telephone follow-up after discharge,and the intervention group was received health education based on WeChat.Among them,there were 66 patients in the control group and 68 patients in the intervention group.The self-management ability,quality of life and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared before intervention,at discharge,1 month after discharge and 3 months after discharge.Results Repeated measure ANOVA showed that the total score of self-management ability and total score of quality of life of patients with enterostomy at different time points in 2 groups had statistical significance in time effect(P<0.05).The t-test of two independent samples showed that the total score of self-management ability of patients at different time points in 2 groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).χ^(2) test results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in complications between the control group and the intervention group after 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion“WeChat multiple health education”intervention can effectively improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients with enterostomy,and reduce complications.
