情志护理在手法复位经皮穿针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折中的应用研究探讨

The Application of Emotional Nursing in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures With Manual Reduction and Percutaneous Needle Fixation

目的探究情志护理在手法复位经皮穿针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折中的应用。方法选取2017年3月—2020年12月医院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者60例,全部患者均接受手法复位经皮穿针内固定治疗,随机分成两组,每组30例,对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组则接受情志护理干预。结果与对照组相比较,研究组的并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,研究组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分明显更低(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,研究组的生活质量评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论应用情志护理对手法复位经皮穿针内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折进行干预可以明显降低多种并发症的发生率,保障患者在治疗期间的安全性,进而有效改善患者的心理状态,消除负面情绪和提高生活质量,效果理想。

Objective To explore the application of emotional nursing in manipulation reduction and percutaneous puncture needle internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2020 were selected.All patients were received manual reduction and percutaneous internal fixation,and were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The control group was received routine nursing intervention,while the study group was received emotional nursing intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the complication rate of the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modern nursing for manual reduction with percutaneous pin fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of various complications and guarantee the safety of patients during treatment,and effectively improve the patient’s mental state,eliminate the negative emotions and improve the quality of life,with ideal effect.
