大学生扶贫志愿服务伴随我国青年志愿者助残济困、扶贫开发等服务活动的广泛开展而逐步兴起,并表现出专业性、团体性、灵活性和教育性等特色和优势。我国脱贫攻坚取得的全面胜利,有包括大学生志愿者在内的社会力量的广泛参与。新时代,大批大学生志愿者依托“三下乡”、扶贫接力计划、西部计划等社会公益实践项目,遵循“扶贫先扶志”“扶贫必扶智”“扶贫重扶弱”等实践原则,奔赴广大农村地区开展精准扶贫,成为农村脱贫攻坚的一道亮丽风景,激励需求理论、服务学习理论、公共治理理论等为大学生扶贫志愿服务提供了理论基础和实践依据。

The voluntary service for poverty alleviation of college students has gradually emerged with the extensive development of my country’s youth volunteers to help the disabled,poverty alleviation and development,and has shown its characteristics and advantages such as professionalism,teamwork,flexibility and education.my country’s overall victory in poverty alleviation has been extensively participated by social forces including university student volunteers.In the new era,a large number of college student volunteers relied on social welfare practice projects such as the“Three Going to the Countryside”,Poverty Alleviation Relay Program,and Western Program,and followed the practical principles of“To help the poor,we must first help the will”,“To help the poor,we must first help the wisdom”,“Poverty alleviation focuses on helping the weak family”,etc.The implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in the vast rural areas has become a great broject for poverty alleviation in rural areas.The theory of incentive demand,the theory of service learning,and the theory of public governance provide theoretical and practical foundations for college students'voluntary poverty alleviation services.
