合法致富是衡量财富获取正当性的基本准则,合法致富认同是合法致富行为的心理前提和基础,不合法致富及其造成的不合理贫富差距使合法致富认同遭遇认同危机,这对市场经济发展及法治和伦理道德建设构成严重威胁。摆脱认同危机、促进合法致富认同,就是在构建防止道德底线下滑的大坝,奠定高阶道德标准发挥应有作用的基石,也就是在构建财富伦理、维护社会正义与和谐。促进合法致富认同不仅要在现实层面应对不合法致富及其造成的不合理贫富差距,也要在思想层面巩固一切有利的精神文化资源,树牢合法致富的光荣感和正义感。

Lawful enrichment is the basic norm of measuring the legitimacy of enrichment,and the identity of lawful enrichment is the psychological foundation of lawful enrichment behavior.At present,the identity of lawful enrichment has encountered the identity crisis because of illicit enrichment and the unconscionable wealth gap it creates,which causes a serious threat to the development of market economy and the construction of rule of law and ethics.Avoiding the identity crisis and promoting the identity of lawful enrichment is building a dam against the further decline of the moral bottom line,laying the foundation for higher moral standards to play their due role,and also building wealth ethics and maintaining social justice and promoting social harmony.To promote the identity of lawful enrichment not only needs to deal with illicit enrichment and the unconscionable wealth gap it creates at the practical level,but also needs to tap all the favorable spiritual and cultural resources,and firmly set up a sense of honor and justice of lawful enrichment at the ideological level.
