摘要
高职学生的心理资本是影响其创新创业获得感和成就感的关键变量。在心理资本视域下聚焦高职学生创新创业获得感与成就感影响因素及作用机制这一核心问题,可为当前高职院校深化创新创业教育改革提供支撑。通过对浙江省金华市某高职院校16名学生的跟踪调查,发现高职学生心理资本中“自我效能”“乐观”“希望”“韧性”等核心要素是实现其创新创业获得感与成就感的关键。因此,高职院校可以通过个体、学校、家庭、社会多方协同开发学生心理资本,提升学生个体创新创业的获得感和成就感。
The psychological capital of higher vocational college students is the key variable that affects their sense of innovation and entrepreneurship.From the perspective of psychological capital,focusing on the core issue of the influencing factors and mechanism of higher vocational students'sense of acquisition and achievement of innovation and entrepreneurship can provide support for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.Through the follow-up survey of 16 students in a vocational college in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province,it is found that the core elements of psychological capital of vocational college students,such as"self-efficacy","optimism","hope"and"resilience",are the key to realize their sense of innovation and entrepreneurship acquisition and achievement.Therefore,vocational colleges can develop the function of psychological capital through the cooperation of individuals,schools,families and society,so as to enhance students'sense of achievement and achievement in individual innovation and entrepreneurship.
