摘要 针对现有油菜割晒机存在对小田块种植环境适应性差、专用性高、难以充分发挥机具利用率等问题,研发了与联合收割机底盘配套且适应于南方地区种植环境的4SY-2.1型挂接式油菜割晒机,设计了与当前市场保有量较大的几款典型联合收割机底盘匹配的割台挂接装置,对立式割台、挂接装置、传动系统、割台高度与角度调节装置的结构进行了设计。割台拆装试验表明:设计的油菜割晒机与匹配的联合收割机的挂接方便快速;田间试验表明:使用该油菜割晒机能有效完成油菜割晒摊铺作业,割晒油菜的铺放角度平均值为97.5°,铺放角度差为9.5°,铺条宽度平均值为1265 mm,铺层高度为435.5 mm,作业质量有利于晾晒后熟和2.0-2.2 m幅宽联合收割机捡拾脱粒作业。 There are some problems in the existing rapeseed windrower,such as poor adaptability to the small field planting environment,high specificity,and difficulty in fully utilizing the utilization potential of the machinery.The 4SY-2.1 hanging rapeseed windrower has been developed.It is matched with the chassis of the combined harvester and adapted to the planting environment in the southern region.The structure of vertical cutting table,hanging device,transmission system,cutting table height,and angle adjusting device of cutting table coupling device was designed to make it match with typical combine chassis.The header disassembly test showed that the designed rapeseed windrower and the matched combine harvester can be connected conveniently and quickly.The field test shows that the rapeseed windrower can effectively complete the rapeseed windrowing and paving operations and the paving of rapeseed.The average angle is 97.5°,the laying angle difference is 9.5°,the average strip width is 1265 mm,and the layer height is 435.5 mm.The work quality is conducive to post-curing and 2.0-2.2 m width combine harvester picking and threshing operations.
