摘要
为提高底抽巷单进水平,保证矿井采掘正常接替,通过分析制约23051底抽巷快速掘进的各类因素,认为机械化程度、运矸系统、爆破功效是制约巷道掘进效率的主要因素,并对制约因素中的掘进装备、运矸系统以及爆破工艺进行优化,优化后掘进影响时间由8天减少至2天,日进尺由3.2 m增加至5.7 m,月进尺由70 m提高至160 m,单进水平得到大幅提高。
To improve the the level of per unit tempo and ensure the normal relay of coal mining,the authors presents the the main factors restricting the excavation efficiency,such as mechanization,gangue transport system and blasting effect by analysis of factors restricting rapid excavation at 23051 bottom drainage roadway and proposes the optimization of excavation equipment,gangue transport system and blasting technique,which can reduce the excavation effect time from eight days to two days,and increase the daily drilling progress from 3.2 m to 5.7 m,monthly from 70 m to 160 m with dramatic increase of per unit tempo.
