摘要
针对塔山煤矿三盘区5310巷在掘进期间受邻近陷落柱应力影响,巷道掘进至525~557 m段巷道顶板出现严重破碎现象,为了进一步提高陷落柱应力区顶板稳定性,加强顶板支护效果,合理分析了应力区顶板原支护主要存在的问题,提出了“注浆+圆钢托架”联合支护措施,通过实际应用效果来看,联合支护措施控制了应力区顶板破碎现象,顶板支护失效率由原来的11%降低为2%,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the broken roof caused by stress of adjacent subsided column during excavation in 5310 roadway of No.3 panel in Tashan Colliery,the author proposes the combined support with grouting and round-bar bracket by analysis of the existing problem of the original roof support in stress area of subsided column,which can control the broken roof with decrease of roof support failure rate from 11%to 2%and increase the roof stability with remarkable application effect.
