摘要
王庄煤矿18206工作面回采期间需通过多条空巷,存在顶板下沉变形量大、顶板管理维护困难,严重制约工作面安全回采的问题。根据工作面地质条件及现场实际情况,提出了空巷锚索补强、支设木垛等方式超前加固,工作面调斜、回采期间加快推进速度等技术方案,并对工作面过空巷回采期间支架工作阻力变化及空巷顶板变形量等情况进行分析,得出支架支护质量能够满足工作面过空巷回采要求,保证工作面安全回采,增加了矿井经济效益,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In view of the large roof subsidence deformation and difficult roof management and maintenance at 18206 working face of Wangzhuang Colliery,the paper puts forward the methods of advanced reinforcement by anchor cable reinforcement and wooden pile support together with working face angle adjusting and the acceleration of the advancing speed during mining according to the geological conditions and the actual situation of the working face,which can meet the mining requirements,ensure the safety mining and increase the economic benefits with a certain popularization and application value.
