赣南部分地区不同农作物硒含量特征及富硒能力研究 被引量:3

Study on Selenium Content Characteristics and Selenium Enrichment Ability of Different Crops in Southern Jiangxi

摘要 硒是人体必需的微量元素,缺硒危害大,为开发利用赣南地区富硒土壤和富硒农产品。笔者利用赣南地区1:5万土地质量地球化学调查采集的各类农作物及根系土测试数据,对研究区不同品种农作物硒含量特征、富硒能力和富硒率进行对比研究。结果表明,赣南地区豆角、花生和水稻等农产品中硒含量较高和富硒能力较强。参照国家各类农产品富硒标准,研究区玉米、辣椒、茄子、水稻的富硒率较高,具有开发相应富硒农产品的潜力。 Selenium is an essential trace element for human body.Lack of selenium is harmful.In order to develop and utilize selenium-rich soil and selenium-rich crops in southern Jiangxi,the selenium content characteristics,selenium enrichment capability and selenium enrichment rate of different crops in the study area has been compared and studied based on the test data of various crops and root soil collected from the 1:50,000 land quality geochemical survey in southern Jiangxi,whose eesults show that the agricultural products such as beans,peanuts and rice in southern Jiangxi have higher selenium content and strong selenium-enrichment capacity.With reference to the national selenium-enriched standards for various agricultural products,the selenium-enriched rate of corn,pepper,eggplant,and rice in the study area is relatively high,which has the potential to develop corresponding selenium-enriched agricultural products.
