矿井皮带运输集中控制系统应用改造

摘要 针对常村煤矿皮带运输战线长、设备多、维护难、效率低的状况,对皮带运输进行集中控制系统应用改造,通过投入PLC皮带控制系统和安装安全监控系统联网形成皮带集中控制综合管理系统,实现对井下皮带在地面平地进行集中控制,全矿24部皮带每班可减少约48个岗位,设备故障影响生产情况减少,提高皮带运输效率,降低皮带设备故障率。 Aiming at long belt transportation front,multiple equipment,difficult maintenance,and low efficiency in Changcun Colliery,the centralized control system application transformation of belt transportation is carried out,and the integrated belt control system is formed by investing in the PLC belt control system and installing the safety monitoring system to connect to the network,which realizes the centralized control of underground belts on the ground level.The 24 belts in the whole mine can reduce about 48 jobs per shift,the influence of equipment failures on production is reduced,which improves belt transportation efficiency rate and reduces belt equipment failure rates.
