摘要 采煤机等大型机械设备在煤炭开采过程中经常受到振动冲击的影响而导致安全风险加大,为实现采煤机各个关键点的监测,实现对其运行状态的综合评估,加快系统故障排查和处理速度,设计了基于PLC的运行检测系统。在PLC的控制下系统实现温度、振动信号的采集和ZigBee无线网络传输,电压、电流数据的总线传输和各个节点运行、预警状态和数据显示,有效提高了采煤机系统运行的安全性和工作效率。 Large-scale machinery and equipment such as coal shearers are often affected by vibration and shock during coal mining,which leads to increased safety risks.In order to realize the monitoring of various key points of the shearer,the comprehensive evaluation of its operating status,and the speed up of system troubleshooting and processing speed,a PLC-based operation detection system is designed in the paper.Under the control of PLC,the system realizes the acquisition of temperature and vibration signals,ZigBee wireless network transmission,bus transmission of voltage and current data,operation of each node,warning status and data display,which effectively improves the safety and efficiency of shearer system operation.
