摘要 黑龙江荒沟抽水蓄能电站引水斜井坡度为50°,最长的一个斜井长为387.57 m。运输安全风险大,斜井人车安全要求高。采用运输车及防护台车的提升运输系统;运输车负责人员、材料运输,防护车承担安全防护、导井安全防护和工作平台的作用,为斜井安全快速施工创造了有利条件。 The inclined shaft slope being 50°,and the longest inclined shaft being 387.57 m,the transportation safety risks are high,and the safety requirements for people and vehicles in inclined shafts are also high at Heilongjiang Huanggou Pumped Storage Power Station.The lifting transportation system adopts the transport vehicle and the protective trolley,the transport vehicle is responsible for the transportation of personnel and materials,and the protective vehicle assumes the role of safety protection,pilot well safety protection and working platform,which creates favorable conditions for the safe and rapid construction of inclined shafts.
