摘要
风险评价是管道完整性管理中至关重要的一个环节,其中半定量风险评价方法是目前适用性最广且最为实用的一种方法,应用该方法可以快速识别出高风险管段,为生产单位的管道完整性决策提供依据。笔者以某条管道为例,采用半定量风险评价方法,以数据支撑的方式识别出高风险管段15段。通过理论手段对生产进行了指导,在大大提高效率的同时,也极大地提升了管理水平。
Risk assessment is a crucial link in pipeline integrity management,the semi-quantitative risk assessment method is the most widely applicable and practical one at present,high risk segments can be identified quickly by using this method,It provides basis for pipeline integrity decision of production unit.Taking a certain pipeline as an example,the author adopts the semi-quantitative risk assessment method to identify 15 high-risk pipeline segments with data support.Guided the production through theoretical means,greatly improved the efficiency at the same time,also greatly improved the management level.
