钢井塔提升大厅层振动特性分析

摘要 井塔承担着矿井生产人员升降、设备运送、矿产资源提升等任务,是煤矿生产的重要构筑物,而提升大厅层布置有摩擦轮、减速机、电动机和其他电控设备,是井塔中的核心楼层。通过对钢井塔提升大厅层的振源进行分析,利用Sap 2000软件建立三维有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,得出提升大厅层的频率和振型。在模态分析的基础上,分别对摩擦轮、电动机的6种振动工况进行强迫振动测试。结果表明,摩擦轮和电动机是钢井塔结构振动的主要激励振源,分析振动特性时,要综合考虑摩擦轮、电动机之间的相互影响。 The shaft tower is an important structure of coal mine production,which undertakes the tasks of mine production personnel lifting,equipment transportation,mineral resources lifting and so on.The lifting hall floor is equipped with friction wheel,reducer,motor and other electronic control equipment,which is the core floor of the shaft tower.Through the analysis of the vibration source of the steel shaft tower lifting hall layer,the three-dimensional finite element model is established by using Sap2000 software,and the frequency and vibration mode of the lifting hall layer are obtained by model analysis.On the basis of model analysis,the forced vibration tests of friction wheel and motor under six vibration conditions are carried out.The results show that the friction wheel and the motor are the main excitation sources of vibration of the steel shaft tower structure,and the interaction between the friction wheel and the motor should be comprehensively considered in the vibration characteristic analysis.
