浅埋煤层掘进工作面合理空顶距研究 被引量:1

摘要 浅埋煤层掘进工作面的空顶距是影响高效快速掘进的重要因素,为确定韩家湾煤矿3-1煤泥岩顶板掘进工作面合理空顶距参数,结合薄板理论分析和数值模拟计算,对不同空顶距下上覆岩层运移、应力变化规律进行了研究,并通过现场工程实践验证了理论分析和数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明,当空顶距选取7.2 m时,上覆岩层可形成稳定的自稳结构,保证了掘进工作面的安全高效施工,同时理论计算模拟和现场实践验证相结合的方法为实现巷道安全快速掘进提供了有效途径。 The unsupported roof distance of driving face in shallow coal seam is an important factor affecting efficient and rapid driving.In order to determine the reasonable unsupported roof distance parameters of driving face in No.3-1 coal seam with mudstone roof in Hanjiawan Coal Mine,combined with thin plate theoretical analysis and numerical simulation calculation,the overlying strata movement and stress change law under different unsupported roof distance were studied,and the reliability of the results was verified by field engineering practice.The results show that when the unsupported roof distance is 7.2 m,the overlying strata can form a self stable structure,which ensures the safe and efficient construction of the heading face.At the same time,the combination of theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and field practice verification provides an effective way to realize the safe and rapid excavation of the roadway.
