摘要
为解决千米深井复合顶板、托顶煤条件下巷道顶板变形严重的难题,以中煤新集口孜东矿140502工作面回风巷为工程背景,进行了联合控制技术应用。通过对井下原位测试数据的理论分析,发现巷道复合顶板变形主要是由于顶板岩层结构复杂、地应力高、胶结性差、强度低等因素造成的,在此基础上提出了密集锚索+工字钢吊梁、喷浆、注浆等联合控制技术。现场试验结果表明,在采用联合控制技术的情况下,巷道顶板离层量在8~15 mm左右、顶板下沉均在25 mm以下,没有发生片漏现象,有效控制了回风巷托顶煤复合顶板巷道的大变形,为此类巷道顶板控制的技术发展提供了借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of serious deformation of roadway roof under the condition of composite roof and retaining top coal in kilometer deep mine,taking the return roadway of 140502 working face of Xinji Kouzidong Mine as the engineering background,the combined control technology was applied.The theoretical analysis of underground in-situ test data shows that the deformation of roadway composite roof is mainly caused by high in-situ stress,complex roof rock structure,poor cementation and low strength.Therefore,the combined control technology of dense anchor cable,steel I-beam,shotcreting and grouting is proposed.The field test results show that under the condition of using combined control technology,the roof separation is about 8~15mm,the roof subsidence is less than 25mm,and there is no spalling and roof leakage phenomenon,which effectively controls the large deformation of composite roof roadway.The research provides a reference for the development of roof control technology of similar roadway.
