摘要 综采工作面设备的安全快速回撤直接关系到矿井工作面的生产接替,因此,综采工作面末采期间回撤通道围岩控制技术研究尤为重要,只有对回撤阶段关键技术进行深入研究,才能保障综采工作面安全快速回撤得以顺利实现,为煤矿安全高效生产奠定基础。以韩家湾煤矿3401综采工作面回撤工作为背景,为控制回撤通道围岩变形,对回撤通道支护提前进行补强支护,顶部采取锚索补强支护,对煤壁进行“锚索+钢带+锚杆+H梁”联合支护。结果表明:联合支护措施能有效控制回撤通道顶板下沉、煤壁片帮等现象,确保综采工作面安全高效快速回撤。 In view of the safe and rapid withdrawal of fully mechanized working face equipment is directly related to the production replacement of working face,the research on surrounding rock control technology of withdrawal channel during the end mining period of fully mechanized working face is particularly important.Only in-depth research of key technologies in the withdrawal stage can ensure the safe and rapid withdrawal of fully mechanized mining face and lay the foundation for safe and efficient production of coal mines.Taking the withdrawal of 3401 fully mechanized working face in Hanjiawan Coal Mine as the background,in order to control the surrounding rock deformation of the withdrawal channel,the support of the withdrawal channel is reinforced in advance,the roof is reinforced by anchor cable,and the coal wall is supported by“anchor cable+steel belt+anchor rod+H beam”.The results show that the combined support technology can effectively control the roof subsidence and coal wall spalling of the withdrawal channel,and ensure the safe,efficient and rapid withdrawal of the fully mechanized working face.
