静态无功补偿装置在煤矿供电节能降损中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为实现煤矿供电节能降损,提出了静态无功补偿装置在煤矿供电节能降损中的应用研究。首先明确煤矿供电中的无功损失的计算方法,并通过静态无功补偿装置,按照0.9倍的空载平衡煤矿供电电容器电压;运用静态无功补偿装置,通过投、切电容组的方式,补偿煤矿供电功率因数;通过静态无功补偿装置的无功补偿,补偿煤矿供电变压器的负荷电流,完成静态无功补偿装置在煤矿供电节能降损中的应用。应用结果表明,应用静态无功补偿装置后的煤矿供电能源消耗量更低,能够起到节能的应用效果;应用静态无功补偿装置后的煤矿供电线损率更低,能够起到降损的应用效果。 In order to realize energy saving and loss reduction of coal mine power supply,the application of static reactive power compensation device in coal mine power supply system is proposed.Firstly,the calculation method of reactive power loss in coal mine power supply is clarified,and the voltage of coal mine power supply capacitor is balanced according to 0.9 times of no-load through static reactive power compensation device.Secondly,the static reactive power compensation device is used to compensate the power factor of coal mine power supply by switching capacitor banks.Finally,through the reactive power compensation of static reactive power compensation device,the load current of coal mine power supply transformer is compensated,and the application of static reactive power compensation device in energy saving and loss reduction of coal mine power supply is completed.The application results show that after the application of static reactive power compensation device,the energy consumption and line loss rate of coal mine power supply are lower,which can play the application effect of energy saving and loss reduction.
